Currently, we are only fulfilling requests for our broadloom cuttings. Custom rug samples can be requested through the showrooms, or by opening a Trade Account and working directly with a salesperson.

Cutting orders are limited to one cutting per product SKU. There is no limit on the number of different product SKUs requested in an order.

Broadloom cuttings will vary in size, ranging from 5”x5” to 1’x1’.

Once a cutting order is placed, it will be processed within 5 – 7 business days.

All cutting orders ship for free.

There may be instances where the cutting requested is not currently in stock. When this happens, we will let you know via email and will automatically put the order on hold and process when the stock is replenished.
